By accessing and using My PBX Guru services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

My PBX Guru provides cloud-based phone system services including but not limited to:

• PBX hosting and management services
• VoIP connectivity and SIP trunking
• Call recording and voicemail services
• Analytics and reporting features
• Customer support and technical assistance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use My PBX Guru services for personal or commercial purposes. This license is subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not modify or copy the materials
• You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the service
• You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot be held responsible for:

• Scheduled maintenance windows
• Force majeure events beyond our control
• Third-party service interruptions
• Network connectivity issues

Payment for services is due in advance according to your selected billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

As a user of our services, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Proper use of the service in accordance with these terms
• Regular backups of your data

You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

• Transmission of spam, malware, or malicious content
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Violation of any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Resale or redistribution of our services without permission

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of My PBX Guru and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall My PBX Guru, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which My PBX Guru operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
